During September 2012, I traveled across Sedona, Sonoran and Mojave deserts in California & Arizona to bring you these photos. These deserts occupy a large part of America, whilst inhabited, I wanted to capture the sense of loneliness; from the isolated Joshua Tree to the aerial shot of the Sonoran desert surrounding Phoenix (taken while hot air ballooning at dawn).
